It offers excellent service. The room is functional and beautifully designed with a lovely view to a private garden. The staff are very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating, managed the parking nearby.
The bathrooms are a little small.

Amazing and decent location, and meals were splendid!!!
I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. Location: the hotel was next to the centre as well as the zoo. And there was Burgermeester with short-orders minutes away from the venue, super convenient.

The deposit in amount of 100 euro was charged off from my credit card on arriving day. The receptionist explained me the purpose of this operation only after I ask him. The hotel haven't been still refunding my deposit.

not bad location, reasonable priced, more of a budget hotel.
room very small, bathroom was tiny - you could not even sit on the toilet properly!! location was ok for the city centre, however next time i will pay a little more for a better location and better standards.

Couple's Perfect Getaway
So, we decided to take a little trip, and the hotel was a gorgeous place, just 10/10. The room was fine, really liked the eco-friendly toiletries, never seen that before in a hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with options for everyone, and the tram was literally a two-minute walk away, perfect for getting around.
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what we got.

The staff were kind and helpful.
Go elsewhere ! The room's floor-to-floor carpeting was filthy, the room very small, and its door, like that of all other rooms, could only be closed by slaming it shut. Hence, much noise every time a guest entered or left his/jer room. Net result: restless nights. Breakfast wasn't what the posters promised: it was basic, nothing more.

Safe and friendly for children. Receptionists were excellent especially their knowledge of languages
Maids could have done more that make the beds - e.g. wipe the bathroom and dressing table shelves

The hotel offered delightful complimentary coffee and a cozy breakfast room adorned with charming decor. Our stay was made even more special by the room upgrade provided by the friendly staff.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the complimentary wi-fi, laundry service, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast at the nearby cafe was good, and we enjoyed visiting the zoo right across the street. Staff were cheerful and helpful.
My kids wished there was a designated play area for them.
